Ho’oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian practice of forgiveness, gratitude and reconciliation. In many Polynesian cultures, it is believed that a person’s errors or negative karma (called hara or hala) caused the manifestation of physical illness. The practice of Ho’oponopono was traditional performed by healing priests or kahuna lapaʻau among family members of a person who is physically ill. Modern versions are performed within the family by a family elder, or by the individual alone.
One form of practice is to meditate while immersed in the Ho’oponopono Mantra. The mantra “I love you, I’m Sorry, Please Forgive Me, Thank You” offers love, compassion, forgiveness and gratitude. When applied to one self in their own life these virtues can be the cause of great healing.

The binaural beat has a base frequency of 136.1hz and begins with a beat frequency of 10.5hz. The isochronic tone is tuned to 528hz, the solfeggio frequency associated with transformation and miracles and is also tuned to 10.5hz isochronic pulse. The frequencies bring one into harmony with the cosmos and are calming, meditative, relating and centering. The brainwave entrainment leaves the listener in a state of relaxed alertness and contemplation and creates mind / body unity. After two minutes the brainwave frequencies shift and take the listener into theta entrainment at 7.5hz. This frequency helps with inner awareness of self purpose and is great for entry into deep meditation. After a few more minutes the binaural beat settles into theta 5.5hz; a frequency that moves the listener beyond knowledge to knowing and shows vision of growth needed. The meditation finishes by taking the listener back up through theta and into Alpha. This pattern is played four times.
